🧀 Cheesy Chicken Biscuit Bake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (like Pillsbury Grands)
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Optional: chopped parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven:
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish (9×13 works great).
  2. Make the creamy base:
In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Stir in the cooked chicken and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  3. Assemble the bake:
Pour the creamy chicken mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Add the biscuits:
Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them evenly on top of the mixture. Lightly press them down so they touch the creamy layer.
  5. Top with cheese and butter:
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle more cheddar cheese over everything.
  6. Bake:
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Finish & serve:
Let it cool for about 5 minutes, sprinkle with parsley or chives, and serve warm.

✨ Tip: For extra flavor, you can add sautéed onions, mushrooms, or peas into the chicken mixture before baking.
